Invoice Reprint - Field Service - Notes

Use this option if your company is using the Field Service module to manage a fleet of mobile technicians or installers. It allows you to view any notes added to the order by the field service employee on their PDA.

This option is only enabled if the Field Service registration code is turned on in your company configuration (refer to "Edit Company - Registration" for more information).

For more information about Field Service, refer to "FIELD SERVICE Menu" in the Micronet 2.8 Mobile Applications manual.

To view notes for a Field Service order:

  1. Display the Invoice Reprint screen.

Refer to "Invoice Reprint - Menu Options".

  1. Select FIELD SERVICE | NOTES.

Micronet displays any notes added to the job in your default text editor (e.g. Microsoft Notepad).

  1. You can print the notes if required.
  2. When you have finished viewing the notes, close the text editor.

Micronet redisplays the Invoice Reprint screen.
